A few weeks ago I shared a core workout. However, in order to have a great core we must have a strong and powerful back. Weak back muscles cause poor posture and back pain which can only get worse over time. Today’s back workout will target all the important back muscles. The weight used should be heavy enough to complete all reps , but the last 2 should be pretty difficult.
Buff Back Workout

Seated Cable Row 4 8
Bent Over Barbell Row 4 8
Lat Pull Down 4 8
Cross Over Cable Pull Down 4 8
Single Arm Dumbbell Row 4 8
Chin Ups 4 8
Superman 4 10
As always, form is very important when completing these exercises. Squeeze your back with each rep, keep your back straight, and keep your shoulders away from your ears. Do this routine once a week and counter with a chest routine. Beware though, this workout may cause increased desire to show off your back at all times.
