Whoa, I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been super busy with a bunch of stuff and unfortunately my blog fell to the side for a while. I’m back now, and won’t leave again without at least an explanation.
Today I just want to share a tip with all of you. I love me some almond butter. I eat it with fruit, toast, and put it in my smoothies. But, for the longest time I would only be able to use about 3/4 of the jar. By the time I got to the bottom the butter would be dry and impossible to use. If you have the same problem then read on. If you want smooth, spreadable, and delicious almond butter until the jar is empty your solution is simple. When storing your jar in the fridge, place it upside down. This allows the oils to mix with the whole jar and you will be able to savour all the almond-y goodness. Try it and let me know how it works out for you.
