With a few hours left of 2014, I would like to reflect a little on what this year has meant for me. Although this was not a major year with life changing moments I still experienced some great moments. I celebrated my 1st wedding anniversary, made great new friends, and learned more about where I wanted to be on my spiritual path. I take my meditation practice more seriously, and have learned how to pay closer attention to my emotions. Not reacting immediately and getting irritated quickly has helped me become a calmer person. I have learned to let things go and to not sweat the small stuff.
I used to hate new years eve. I would feel sad that things were changing and time was moving forward, but now I embrace it. I am excited to see what the new year has in store for me. I usually don’t make resolutions, but for 2015 I would like to live everyday with purpose and intention. I will continue on my wellness path and enjoy everyday of the journey. Bring it on 2015!
